Shipping policy

We have created this returns policy to enable you to return products safely to us. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 24 hours via email or telephone to obtain our mailing address. You must comply with the returns procedure set out below. None of the exclusions set out below apply. This policy does not affect your statutory rights such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
Returns Procedure
You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy. We recommend all returns be sent via registered post or registered courier. It is advisable to obtain a proof of postage certificate and to arrange the necessary full compensatory cover for the items. The returned product must be unused in its original packaging and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. All risk in the goods shall pass to the Purchaser during signed-for delivery.
Refunds
We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy, including the original delivery charge. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within three working days of receipt of the returned product.
Improper Returns
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product: We will not refund or exchange the product. You will be held fully responsible for returned items lost in transit.
